Delica Jo LeRoy, 65, of McLoud, Oklahoma, passed away on March 9, 2022, surrounded by her family.  Delica, born on October 3, 1956 to Floyd and Mary Carter in Lubbock, Texas. Delica graduated from Prairie View High School, LaCygne, KS, in 1974. In 1975, she married William LeRoy.  Delica and William would have celebrated their 47th wedding anniversary on March 21, 2022.  They had two children, Cammy and Jonathan.

Delica was predeceased by her father, Floyd Carter; her stepfather, Horton Spencer; her son, Jonathan; and her grandparents.  She is survived by her husband, William LeRoy; her daughter and son-in-law, Cammy and Chris Cascio; her mother, Mary Spencer; her grandchildren, Damion Holland and Kalyn Hawkins; her great grandchild, Emma Hawkins; her siblings, Doris Hazen and James Carter; her nieces and nephews and cousins.

A celebration of life will be held at a later date.
