Ms. Dedra was very sweet and always nice. Whenever I seen her there she was always ready for a conservation with a smile on her face (no matter how busy she was). Once, I was looking for an expensive package, coming from my sister, and it said it was signed by the pick up office, so I asked Ms. Dedra, what the process was to put in a search for the package. Ms. Dedra said she would look into it when she got back to the office. Well, long story short, my sister sent it to my work address, not home. I saw Ms. Dedra a few days later and thanked her for her efforts, but the packages wasn't delivered at my home address but my work address. She smiled and said no problem, just let me know if you have any other problems.

She will be missed!!! Blessing and Prayers to her family and friends.
Dedra was our mail lady. We met early on, when I first moved in. We had a lovely connection and she and my dog loved each other. We shared stories and spoke about life. She had a magnetic personality, was always kind and wanting to be the best she could be. We will miss having her around to give a little love, a little conversation and a lot of memories.
Ms Dedra, what can I say except I'm glad to have met you the way that I did, it was pure destiny, I was meant to have met such a great human being. ❤ It's not a shock to read all the funny memories they experienced with you. You raised 3 beautiful strong minded young ladies, I promise to stay in touch with them to guide them as they enter the adult world. I love hearing all the stories of you with employees at Brickell. You were a funny lady with an infectious smile. Sending prayers for strength to your family. Till we meet again Dedra💕💕🙏

Debra, I cannot believe you are gone, you were such a great spirit we will always joke around and chit chat about anything. I remember when you use to come to the office to grab some coffee and you had a new look ( new peluca) and I use to tell you hey Halle or hey Janet and you use crack up , you will be miss my heart is heavy just remembering how you use to talk about wanting to retire and how happy you were that you were going to be grandma.
My condolences go out your family.
May your soul rest in peace in heaven.
My heart aches to hear this news. Dedra delivered the mail on my building. We always said "hi" to each other and she was always happy and energetic.
I’m so sorry for your loss. My heart goes out to Dedra's family.

I remember Dedra as always wearing a smile. She loved her work and transmitted that wherever she went. We need more people like her in this world and when they go, all I can think is that God needed another angel in Heaven. We will miss you Dedra.
Hello,
I’d like to share my condolences to your family. Dedra was such a lovely woman. Although, we only know each other through her profession-as I rent an office unit at Brickell on the River. I moved to Miami from NYC about 3 years ago and she was always so warm, funny and welcoming to me.
I hope my contribution will help with her arrangements and family needs at this time.
My condolences to your family for your loss. I live at Brickell on the River not for too long, however I did run into Dedra a couple of times while trying to get my mail, both times she was putting the mail in the mail boxes and thus she didn't allow me to enter the mail room but she did it with kindness and a smile in her face, she was definitely a good soul.
Our condolences to Dedra's family. She was such a cheerful person. We'll miss seeing her smiling face and happy eyes in the mail room, or in the garage and hallways at Brickell on the River. The world will miss her.
Dedra was such a delight. She delivered mail to my office in brickell. Everytime I walked in the mailroom, I would often catch her with her ear pods singing and dancing and it would always make me smile. We shared many laughs in the mail room. Her happy energy was so contagious, May her soul Rest In Peace and my thoughts and prayers for her family and loved ones.
