Aside from your relentless dedication to your day to day responsibilities I always appreciated you taking the time to chat with me as a friend we had some very pleasant conversations.   My sincere condolences to family and friends during this most difficult time.

My deepest condolences to his parents and his sisters. Declan was a great friend. Since he moved to the Tour Notre Dame, we had got to know him, great friend with a big heart, being genuine, polite and full of free spirit. I spoke to him for the last time on October 17 2023 before travelling to Europe. We supposed to grab a lunch on November 5 but I learnt that he passed on November 7 one week later from the management firm of the Tour Notre Dame. He was diligent to work in this condo building. This sudden loss definitely had put me off guard.... He will be greatly missed with fond memories. I just wonder why God let such kind individual leave us so soon.  May his soul rest in  peace!!

All my deepest sympathies to the family and friends for the loss of a loved one. He was a talentuous person and a dedicated person who worked and did a lot for the co-owners of the Tour Notre-Dame.  We will miss him.  

A quick note to say that I am grateful to have gotten to know, laugh, and work with Declan. Really appreciated the care he brought to the work he did and his diligence. He was so respectful and polite. He will be sorely missed.
