I have so many fond memories of Debye. When we were younger they’d have the Higgins/Culpepper get togethers and baby/wedding showers at her and Steve’s house. I always thought she was just the funniest, feistiest, and sweetest thing. In my adulthood, I saw her at a handful of weddings and always got a hug from her. She was so fun, and always so kind! She is missed!

Faye Culpepper Laney

Debye was my sister-in-law but my sister in heart. For many years we laughed and played together as well as raised our children together. Many precious times were spent in her home and at family functions. She helped two of my daughters with their weddings. I will never ever forget her laugh, her creativity, her loyalty, her spunky nature, and her love. ❤️❤️❤️❤️. Miss you deeply.
