Debrae "Deb" J. Estep, age 65 of Oregon, passed away on Monday, April 19, 2021, She was born July 25, 1955, to Velna (Kluender) and Ross Sampsel in Toledo.
Deb graduated from Waite High School in 1973 and went on to obtain her Associate's Degree. She lived in Las Vegas for about 20 years and worked as a manager for an apartment complex in town. Deb loved playing bingo and cards in …
