For those who didn't know, 3 years ago Deb and I decided to sell/move from the homes we were living in, and buy a home on a couple of acres where we could live a more peaceful life. After a lot of looking we found a nice home that suited us. We had to have separate living spaces, as we both have cats. We shared our kitchen and often cooked and ate meals together. We wanted to have flower and vegetable gardens, a few chickens, a fenced yard for my horse, and we each wanted a dog.

The last year and a half was very difficult for Deb, she was very sick but always kept a brave face. I'm thankful for all who were able to be there for her during the toughest times of her life. She was beautiful inside and out and I loved her with all of my heart. She will live on in me always. I will miss my best friend and sister dearly...
