Debbie was predeceased by her Father Alfred Reynolds, Mother Mildred Reynolds and brother William Reynolds and many others. Debbie is survived by her devoted loving husband of 36 years Paul Mazzullo Sr., daughter Dawn Spicer, son Harry Burkett, son Bryan Burkett and son Paul Mazzullo Jr..
