Family was always so important to Debbie. She always called me Mom and never missed my birthday. Our canoe trip was a blast and she was a hoot trying to keep the canoe afloat. I will never forget sitting around the campfire listening to music and singing. Debbie you will forever be in my heart and every time I see a dragonfly I will know you are with us.
In response to "What act of kindness did you witness from Debbie?"
Sending my love to you all.  Debbie will certainly be missed but never forgotten.  These pictures tell a million stories.  Such a beautiful soul!
On behalf of Gary and I, thank you for the calls, the texts, your messages along with pictures and memories on here. Thank you for your generosity! To Debbie, even though our heads know that you are without pain and in a better place our are hearts are breaking. Life will not be the same, missing you already. ❤️

To my precious daughter, Debbie:

You’ll suffer no more, sweetheart, and you’ll have no more pain. You fought so bravely for so long and loved so deeply—now you can rest in peace. Though you left us far too soon, I know we will be together again one day. Until then, I will always love you, and I will miss you every moment.

— Forever in my heart, Mom

To my wonderful daughter, Dana -

Thank you for creating the most beautifully written tribute to your sister. Even while grieving deeply, I saw you push through your own tears with sheer determination to complete everything so quickly. You worked tirelessly for several days to plan, write, and produce an extraordinary Memorial Webpage and Celebration of Life event. You are the glue that holds our family together. I cherish your friendship and your love, Sweetheart.
