Our beloved [wife/mother/sister/] Debra "Deb" Bills entered into God’s Kingdom on September 09, 2022 after a short battle with [cause of death].

Debra was born to Dean and Mary Plumer on December 14, 1952 in Canton,Illinois. When Debra was younger, her favorite activities were helping on the farm and playing guitar. She attended Farmington Highschool and graduated with diploma. After graduating, she moved to Galesburg,Illinois.

In 1980, Debra met David Bills, a match truly made in heaven.  Debra was a loyal servant to God, first and foremost. She loved the church and loved sharing the love and warmth of our savior, Jesus Christ, with as many people as possible.  Debra joins father Dean, mother Mary, and brother Mike in Heaven. She is survived by many loving family members, Dave Bills, Sunshine Chaplin, Star(Robert) Bills, Willie(leilani) Chaplin, and Shawna Chaplin, Calvin(Mary) Plumer and many great grandchildren and nieces and cousins.
