Background
Deborah Williams-Starks meant the world to us and was a true pillar in her community. Compassionate and selfless, she never hesitated to help anyone in need, even when she had little to give herself. Her unwavering faith and kindness inspired everyone she encountered. Over the past few years, she grew deeply in her spirituality and used her life experiences to uplift and teach others around her.
In 2024, Deborah was diagnosed with a rare form of liver and bile duct cancer. She was confident she would overcome this challenge, just as she had with so many others in her life. Unfortunately, despite her optimism, Deborah tragically passed away due to severe complications from her cancer treatment.
As the primary caregiver for her mother, Deborah also accumulated significant medical expenses throughout her battle. As we honor her legacy of service to her family, church, and community, we kindly ask that, in lieu of flowers, you contribute to final expenses and the ongoing support of her mother and family.
