Deborah Denise Williams-Starks, 64, was born in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, and spent the past 32 years of her life in the Metro Atlanta area. She transitioned peacefully at Northside Hospital on March 26, 2025, surrounded by her loving children, mother, brother Michael, and other family and friends who were by her side.
