Deborah's obituary

Deborah (Debbie) Ann Villa Lasher, 60, passed away peacefully on May 1st, 2021. She was preceded in death by her parents, Norma S. Hotz Villa and Anthony J. Villa.

She is survived by her two sons: John C. Lasher; Michael J. Lasher and his wife Ana (Rita), and two grandsons Dylan and Nathan; and by daughter Karen C. Lasher.
Also surviving is her sister Kathleen (Kathy) Villa Barlow and two nephews: Bobby Barlow; Branden Barlow, his wife Stephanie and their daughter Rosalie.

A fan of the New York Yankees, Debbie watched the games every chance she got. She also enjoyed watching Hallmark and Lifetime movies. She enjoyed reading, mostly crime/suspense books by John Grisham, Sue Grafton, Mary Higgins Clark and many others.
Debbie was known by friends and loved ones to be kind and funny. She never knew a stranger and could talk to nearly anyone. She will be deeply missed by family and friends alike.

A memorial mass for Debbie will be held on Friday, May 21st, 2021 at 5:00pm, at Saint Bartholomew the Apostle Roman Catholic Church located at 2023 Westfield Avenue, Scotch Plains, NJ 07076.
