It is with broken hearts we share the passing of our mother, Debbie. We know there are many people who loved and will miss our mom who are scattered across multiple states. We hope this site can be used a a common place to share memories and honor her, remembering the remarkable lady that she was.

Thank you to everyone who took the time to honor our mother by attending her celebration of life. She would have loved the community and love shared in that room. Should would have been so blessed and touched by those who took time for her. You are all so precious to us and we are thankful that her memory continues in each of you.

Deborah May Maniere Sturgeon was born in Hoboken, New Jersey, December 10, 1949. An only-child, she grew up in New Jersey with her father Dominic, and mother Mildred, who taught her the value of hard work, standing up for ones self, and the importance of education.
