Deborah's obituary
Deborah Welsh Schneider, 59, of Chester County passed away May 27th 2025 in Ormond Beach, Florida.
Born in West Chester, Pennsylvania to the late John S Welsh and Mildred Pyle Welsh, Debbie attended Henderson High School and has an associate degree from Harcum College.
Debbie always marched to the beat of her own drum. In her younger years you could always find her backstage at a concert and hanging with friends. She will be remembered for her care free attitude and her love of 80s rock bands.
She is survived by her children Devyn and Beck Schneider, as well as her brother Jeff Welsh whom she claimed to love very much.
A small burial is being planned in the near future for family and close friends.
