Deborah "Debbi" Ruth Moon age 70, died Friday, April 21, 2023, at NKC Hospital around loved ones. She was born in Kansas City, MO to Harold and Lillian Weidman. Debbi attended and graduated from Oak Park High School. She attended 2 years at Maple Woods Community College. She started work at North Kansas City Hospital in 1973 and retired in 2015 as a unit secretary. Debbi is preceded in death by her parents. Funeral Services will be held Sunday, May 21, 2023 at 2:00pm at Northland Christian Church; 6120 NE 48th Street, Kansas City, MO 64119. Burial will be Monday, May 22, 2023 at 11:00am for immediate family only. Debbi is survived by her husband, Mike Moon, Daughter, Tammie Moon, Son, Nathan (Elizabeth) Moon, Grandkids: Mallory and Seth Moon and many other family and beloved friends. In lieu of flowers donations are suggested to the American Diabetes Association.
