Background
Those who new Debbie know how giving she was. Her desire was to have her ashes spread in the Atlantic Ocean where she used to snorkel and scuba with her family, prior to her accident in 2006. The plan is to take her where she started snorkeling which lead to she and her family getting SCUBA certified. Florida Keys Reef off Islamorada.
