Born on December 16, 1958 in Trinidad, Deb was a cherished daughter, sister, and friend who touched the lives of everyone she met. She was known for her unwavering positivity, infectious laughter, and superior strength.

Deborah graduated from high school and then pursued her passion in learning and earned bachelor's degree in business management. …
