Deborah Hollenbeck, 67, of  Remsen, NY, passed away on December 24, 2021 from a stroke. She is survived by her Daughter, Kirsten Hollenbeck.  Deborah was a very artistic person who enjoyed making jewelry, painting, and quilting.  She also loved to travel.  Deborah was born on June 23rd 1954 to Jay Wisner and Patricia Everson Wisner in Oneida NY.  Deborah graduated from Remsen Central School in 1972. Deborah went on to work at Central New York Psychiatric Center where she worked for 30 years.  Family came first and was above all else to Deborah, a value she instilled in all those around her. The hole left by her absence is impossible to fill.   Besides her daughter, Deborah is survived by her mother Patricia Dafoe, her sister Betsy Wisner, her three brothers Jay Wisner, Daniel Wisner, and Andrew Wisner, several nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
