Deborah Ann Gosvener age 65 passed away Nov. 17, 2021 in an Oklahoma City hospital after a long illness. She was born Feb. 10, 1956 in Oklahoma City to Donald N Miller and Freddie Louise (Grooms) Miller. Debbie graduated from Del City High School in 1974 and attended Rose State College. Together Debbie and Thomas had a concession business, and loved setting up at the State Fair of Oklahoma and Arkansas, Christmas parades, and any …
