She was within the comfort of her own beloved home and in the company of the love of her life Edward Kelley Evans. Debbie was born in the town of McKeesport, PA on July 27, 1952 to Doris (Arva) Goga and Paul Valentine Goga. She married her highschool sweetheart Ed Evans on June 28th 1975.
