Deborah L. Byerley, age 68, passed away on December 11, 2025. She was born in Lindsey and spent most of her life in Oshawa and Windsor, where she built a life rooted in love, family, and care for others.

Deborah was a loving and caring woman whose family meant everything to her. She devoted herself to those she loved and found her greatest joy in being a mother and grandmother. Her grandchildren were her pride and joy, and she cherished every moment spent with them.

Deborah is survived by her loving partner, Ron Capiw; her children Charity and (Jerry Bray), Brandie Smith, Melodee Wallis, and Robert Wallis; her stepchildren Terena, Josie, and Ryan.

 Her cherished grandchildren Martin Byerley, Noah Smith, and Ella Smith. She will also be deeply missed by her sisters and brothers, as well as her nieces and nephews.

She will be remembered for her warmth, kindness, and unwavering devotion to her family. Deborah’s love and presence will be deeply missed, but her memory will live on in the hearts of all who knew and loved her.

A celebration of life will be announced at a later date.
