Background
Deborah always had a profound love for animals — a love that was evident in every stage of her life. She used to say, only half-jokingly, that she loved animals more than people. Whether it was a scruffy rescue dog, a purring cat curled on her lap, or even a bird outside of her window, Deborah welcomed them all with warmth and gentleness.

How are donations used?
Donations are used to make the biggest impact in ending the killing in America's shelters. This includes our major no-kill initiatives, funding our lifesaving centers, and grants to our Network Partner organizations.

What can be done with a $100 donation?
$100 helps provide six weeks of formula for an orphaned newborn puppy.
