Dearl is the son of Ellis and Florence Herbert , He grew up in Rushville Indiana. Dearl has 3 daughters Shannon ,Amy and Nikita , 8 grandkids and 2 great grandkids. Married 20 years to Huyen Herbert and made their home in Anderson,Indiana. Dearl retired from Public Safety Service as an Electric crew foreman and worked many Hurricane storms all over the US. Dearl also spent many years in the family business , Herbert's
Towing of Spiceland,In. He also co -owned a Music store in Rushville in the late 60"s early 70's.
