Background
One of the purest expressions of that love was the bond she shared with her grandson, who is autistic. She embraced him—and all that made him unique—with unwavering joy, patience, and pride. She never asked him to be different. She simply saw him, celebrated him, and loved him as he is.
In her honor, we’re raising funds for Autism Speaks, to help create a world where every autistic individual is understood, accepted, and supported. It’s what she did naturally—and we want to continue that legacy.
This isn’t just a donation. It’s a tribute to a woman who saw the light in others, especially when the world didn’t always know how.
