Deanna Mary Brown, 77, passed away unexpectedly on November 4, 2025 while living her best life on a cruise. Born on August 25, 1948, she was a devoted mother and an exceptional artist. 

She is predeceased in death by her mother, Eugenia Gorecki, and father, Joseph Gorecki. Deanna is survived by her two daughters: Jill Stickhost (Mark) and Jennifer Brown, and her beloved grandchildren Kirsten, Gabriel, Felicity, Elijah, Jedidiah, and Ephraim.  A loving mother and grandmother, her loss will be felt immensely.

Gifted with artistic hands, Deanna's talents extended from hairdressing to floral design and art. Her greatest accomplishments were not measured in accolades but rather in the immense love and care she put into her family. A devoted mother, Deanna's involvement and flawless coordination in every aspect of family life will remain as a testament to her love and dedication.

A funeral mass in honor of Deanna will be held on December 5, 2025, at 10:30am at the St Mary of the Woods Catholic Church in Princeville. She will be laid to rest on December 6, 2025, at 11am at Resurrection Catholic Cemetery & Mausoleums in Justice.
