Dean Surface, 77, of Lake Oswego, OR passed away peacefully on August 04, 2022, surrounded by his family and loved ones. Dean grew up in Vancouver, WA. He worked at Fred Meyer Jewelers for 25 years and enjoyed time with family and friends at the Oregon Coast, his beloved Cats, and reading Sci Fi novels as well as his many duties with the Lake Oswego Lions Club.
