Dean Allen Miller Jr was born in Bellevue Ohio on August 12th, 1988. He passed away on December 20th. 2021. Cause of death is still unknown at this time. He left behind his Mother, Ila Coburn, Father Dean A. Miller Sr., Brother Thomas Miller, Nephew Nolan Miller, Uncle Vernon Osburn, numerous cousins, a couple of Great Aunts and Uncles. Dean was loved by many and will be missed. Dean helped everyone he could and would give you the shirt off of his back. A memorial service will be held at 1:00pm on January 8th at The Church 720 E. Loudon Ave. Lexington, Ky 40505. Everyone is welcome.
