Dean served as the district superintendent for the North Central District of the Evangelical Free Church of America from 1992 until his retirement in 2001.
Dean and Barb considered Coon Rapids EFC to be their home church. After retiring, he served as interim pastor and was very involved in church life.
Dean's daughter, Becky, and her husband, Rick Mackey, have been missionaries with United World Mission in the Dominican Republic since 2007. Project #63755 is used for special projects in the DR. Contribute to Coon Rapids Evangelical Free Church
