It is with profound sorrow that we announce the passing of Dayna Joy Hutson, a beloved wife, mother, daughter, sister and friend, who left us on June 12, 2024. Born on May 28, 1987, Dayna lived her life with an open heart and a radiant smile, a characteristic generously remembered by everyone who had the pleasure of crossing her path.

Dayna's life was defined by her friendly demeanor and her genuine desire to assist others. She was a person who not only never met a stranger but effortlessly turned them into friends. Her caring nature and open-hearted philosophy were evident in every interaction, teaching us the value of acceptance and understanding.

Dayna is survived by her husband, Dennis (DJ) Golitko, Jr., her step-son, Damien Golitko, her mother, Brenda Hutson, siblings, Wes and Dawn Willitt and Marques and Maegan Davis, grandparents, James and Coral Smith, nephews, Malachi, Judah, and Solomon Willitt and Izaiah Davis, and niece, Imani Davis, and many aunts, uncles, cousins, and other family who will continue to honor Dayna's legacy of love, laughter, and generosity. All will forever cherish the memories of Dayna's contagious laughter and zest for life. Her spirit and her lessons indeed transformed the lives of numerous people, leaving a legacy that will reverberate through the ages.

We welcome all who knew and loved Dayna to join us in celebrating her life. A memorial service will be held on June 24, 2024, at 11:00 AM at 9315 Broadway. The viewing is scheduled for later that same evening at 1:00 PM at the same location. It will be a time to come together, to share stories and to remember the beautiful life of Dayna Hutson.

Dayna's passing is a reminder that life is fleeting, but her spirit will forever remind us of the immense power of having an open heart to everyone. Her laughter may no longer fill our surroundings, but her memory and the echo of her joy will permanently reside in our hearts. She joins her father, Stephen Hutson, her daughter, Delilah Luann Golitko, and grandparents, Verne and Luann Hutson and great-grandparents, Dale and Opal Brodie in heaven.
