Dawn's obituary

Dawn Marie Boyd, 55, of New Port Richey passed away on December 16th, 2022 after a courageous battle with COPD.

She was born June 7, 1967 in Englishtown, New Jersey, the daughter of late James and Margaret Federico.

Dawn lived a full life for the short time she was here on earth with us, she could light up a room and be the life of any event. No matter if she was the first to suggest turning the music on to liven up the room or screaming at the Buccaneers when they would play on Sunday she wanted everyone to feel her presence. Dawn was a mother, a grandmother, a wife, a friend, and most of all a genuinely caring person. Dawn spent most of the end of her time trying to help people struggling with COPD while struggling herself, a selfless act. But her most important job she took the most pride in was being a mother and grandmother, she had a lot of love to give and will continue to leave a lasting impact on everyone.

She is survived by her husband, Ronnie Boyd of New Port Richey, FL; her son, Ronnie Boyd II of New Port Richey, FL; her son and daughter-in-law, James and Alyssa Boyd; and her grandchildren, Ronnie III, Layla, Rylee, and Olivia.

A celebration of life was held on January 1st, 2023 at Fred Howard beach to honor her life and cherish the memories we can all hold on to forever.
