Dawn's obituary
Dawn Campbell
June 25, 1964 – August 26, 2025
It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of our beloved Dawn Campbell, who slipped away peacefully on Tuesday, August 26, 2025. Born on June 25, 1964, Dawn’s vibrant spirit and boundless kindness touched the lives of everyone fortunate enough to know her.
Dawn was a radiant soul, blessed with beauty, wit, and an extraordinary gift for creativity. Her infectious laughter and radiant smile could light up any room, bringing joy to all who shared her company with her warm humor and vibrant personality. A passionate crafter, Dawn poured her heart into every piece she created, each one a testament to her love and imagination. Above all, she lived by the principle of loving everyone she met, treating them with warmth, respect, and kindness—a legacy she hoped to inspire in others.
Dawn’s greatest joy and proudest accomplishment was being a proud mother to her daughter, Amanda. As a devoted single mother, Dawn enveloped Amanda in unwavering love and support, forging a bond that will endure beyond this life. They were more than mother and daughter; they were the closest of best friends, their profound connection defined by shared love, laughter, and unwavering devotion. Amanda cherishes her mother as her forever guardian angel, and not a day will go by without her missing Dawn’s radiant laugh or yearning for one more embrace.
Dawn shared an unbreakable bond with her twin brother, Shawn, who predeceased her. As best friends, they shared a connection only they could truly understand, and Dawn was never quite the same after his passing. Yet, she carried his memory with her, finding strength in their shared love. We take comfort in knowing that Dawn and Shawn are reunited again, their inseparable bond restored in eternity with their parents and other family members they lost over the years.
Dawn is survived by her cherished daughter, Amanda Campbell; her dear brother, Mark Grimm; her loving sister, Claire Logue and her husband, Jeff; her nephew, Nicholas; and her caring stepmother, Barbara Grimm. Shawn is survived by his children, Sydney and Ed. She was predeceased by her dear mother, Margaret Grimm; her beloved father, Douglas Grimm; and her twin brother, Shawn Grimm.
