Davoud Nasseri-Niaki passed away on November 5, 2020. Davoud was born on July 13, 1932 in Amol, Iran. He married Aghdas Niaraki, his wife of 64 years in 1954. Aghdas pre-deceased Davoud in 2019. They had four children, but baby Roosbeh passed away at the age of one. While working as an accountant, Davoud and Aghdas raised their three children in Iran.
Davoud was proud of becoming an American citizen after emigrating to the United States in 1984. Together with his wife, Davoud owned and operated Mom’s Alterations in Arlington for over thirty years.
Davoud leaves behind his three children: Ben Niaki [Mary] of Ft. Worth, TX, Azadeh Ighani [Jamshid] of Keller, TX, and Dr. Bijan Niaki of Boston, Massachusetts. He will be dearly missed by his grandchildren Dr. Kim Aldy of Dallas, Nima and Ava Ighani of Keller and Nojan and Arjan Niaki of Boston.
