David's obituary

David Lee Walker Sr, 67 of Bivalve passed on Sunday April 2, 2023 at The Macky & Pam Stansell House Coastal Hospice in Ocean Pines. Born June 16, 1955 in Crisfield, Maryland, he was the son of the late Joseph C. Walker and Norma Belle (Landon) Walker. David attended Wicomico High School and then spent his younger years working as a carpenter locally and being a devoted husband, father, uncle, grandfather and lastly a great-grandfather. He enjoyed hunting, fishing and making everyone laugh. David spent most of his years with his wife Christine Gale (Bishop) Walker and then many years caring for Tina that eventually passed from cancer on April 2, 2019.

He is survived by two children, David Lee (Sara) Walker Jr and Billy Joe (Todd) Colston, four grandchildren, Russell (Taylor) Richardson, Mia (Matthew) Gasque, Will (Paige) Ownes and David Lee (Prudence) Walker III and two great-grandsons, William David Gasque and David Lee Walker IV, one brother Buddy (Effie) Walker and one sister Janie (Neal) Helgeson and several nieces and nephews.

David is preceded by his wife Tina, a daughter Tiffany, his parents and four siblings William, Mary, Kathy and Patricia.

Service will be held on April 22nd at 2:00pm

There will be a gathering after the service at Billy's house
