The man of the house. The boss. My friend. A heart as big as they come. A shade of love and protection where ever we were. When you chose which sister or brother to take to dinner the night before you were deployed to vietnam, it was me. When you came home from war I ran to meet you on the street and you hugged, a hug I'll never forget. You could play, and dish out the punches... but we always, always knew we were loved. We always knew where each other was when to call and what to say. Your compassion was next to none, at least to me. Davey, Dave, David depending on the mood. You are already sorely missed. Ring the bell Davey and I will know you're near watching out for me still.  My big brother. Forever your little sister, rob

My heart goes out to Dave's family.  I remember first meeting Dave, I had heard he was a Vietnam Vet and a biker, an all around badass.  Yet, he was a big Teddy bear that absolutely adored his beautiful wife and 3 daughters.  If you didn't know him, you missed out. I always had so much respect for him knowing what he went through in Nam.  I never met a man that took such pride in being a wonderful husband, father, friend and Patriot.  I'm sorry I haven't seen him in many years due to distance and life itself.  But, I'm very thankful and grateful  for having lunch with him and Patty when Vinny got out of bootcamp about 12 years ago.  May he rest in peace, until we all meet again.

Much love,

Cathy Iannicelli
