David Jerome Smith was born September 19,1958 in Blooming Rose ,West Virginia. David passed on October 24, 2025 after an extended illness where in resided in Lake city Florida. David was the son of Donald Edward Smith and Patsy Ruth (Webb) Smith. He was proceeded in death by his late wife Donna Marie (Angeline ) Smith and sister Gail Marie Smith.
