Background
David was passionate about empowering individuals with disabilities to live life to the fullest. In keeping with that mission, he played a key role in the Maryland Statewide Independent Living Council (SILC), serving as Chair for more than six years. Please join us in supporting a cause that meant so much to him.
The Maryland SILC is an independent, nonprofit organization that works to expand opportunities for Marylanders with disabilities to live, work, and participate fully in their communities.
During his time with the organization, David also represented Region III as the SILC Representative at the national level.
