My dear Marj, please see these pictures below from the 2019 United Way fundraiser I mentioned further down here below. He will definitely be missed by many, including his co-workers here at Unifor 4211 at the St. Lawrence Seaway. May he rest in peace. God bless you and keep you.

My sweet Margie.  I was so saddened to hear of Dave's passing. He will certainly be missed as well as his love of music. People still talk about our Christmas gig at the Seaway a few years back, and I will always cherish the memory of our jam at your place. May God bless him and keep him. At Dave's 50th birthday he let me pick up one of his guitars and play along with the much more seasoned musicians, and always showed me the chords for the next song, every time. I was 11 years old. No one has been more influential in my musical career than Dave, my honorary uncle.

I sorry to hear that Dave lost his valiant effort against cancer.I admired his positive attitude and he never complained. He always found the positive side of any situation and never had anything negative to say. He just laughed everything off. You will be missed my friend but never forgotten. Jeff Kanyo
