David was born on February 3,1959, to Mary Ann and Johnny Sauls.
He was preceded in death by his mother Mary Ann, and his father Johnny.
He is survived by 2 daughters, Rebecca Rippy of Durban,Ms and Angelina Sauls of New Orleans, Louisiana, brothers Archie, Johnnie, and Daniel Sauls. He had 5 grandchildren.
