David Ray Hawkins ,  A devoted father , musician, and enthusiast of the stars, David passed away on  January 9, 2025, in Long Beach, California. He was 53 years old. Born on September 29, 1971, David was proceeded in death by his father, Larry Hawkins, and his mother Andrea Smith. He is survived by his children Cynthia Lynn Hawkins, and  Steven Ray Hawkins, his sisters Launa Thompson, and Dorina Errickson phyle. Davids passions weremany and varied. He loved making music, and his creativity brought joy to all who knew him. An avid golfer, he enjoyed the fresh air and challenge of the links. His fascination with astronomy  led him to spend countless hours gazing up at the stars lost in wonder. A proud Democrat, David was deeply commited to his values and all he believed in. Davids family and friends will deeply miss his warmth, humor, and generosity of spirit. His legacy will live on through the countless lives he touched, and the memories he created. Rest in peace , David, your music , love, and light will be deeply missed.
