My condolences to David's family. I first met David when were roommates on Page street, about seven years ago. I'm not good with the dates. He was always kind and supportive during that time. I enjoyed our conversations and we both had uncommon experiences particularly unique if somewhat rare, that we could talk about. I valued those conversations. I moved to Ingleside Heights and Plew moved to Excelsior. I'd run into him from time to time during the pandemic. I truly am saddened to hear the news of his passing.  I remember when he was moving out - he approached me in the kitchen to say goodbye. He said, "I consider you a friend James and I should have stuck up for you when the other roommates were nasty to you".  Wanting to avoid drama and confrontation. Totally understandable. I never held it against him. I always considered him a friend too.

RIP DP,

James
