In lieu of flowers

Please consider a contribution to Help with Funeral Expenses for David and his wife.

Background

David worked hard, but his disease and his wife's long-term illness caused a drastic drop in their income. They lived pretty much hand-to-mouth the last years of their lives and debt mounted up. When David passed the day after Christmas, Abby was uprooted from the only home she knew, and Joe and Kathy's son Rob took valuable time off their jobs to empty the house Kathy had lived in for more than 20 years. They died owing their beloved landlady several thousand dollars. Through no fault of his own, David's car was totaled while he was hospitalized and in a coma. Donations received will cover the burial expenses and, should it exceed the actual cost, will go to is son Joe to help him as he starts a new life in Tennessee. Contribute   Right arrow
Funds are being collected and disbursed by Cheryl Riess, David's sister-in-law.
