Davey will be missed by all of us that knew him. I worked with him at ORW. IIf i could, I would roll a fat one and pass it around. Hold tight to all the fun memories of him. I know I will. Quilt Hugs to the family.
To my favorite Peck family...sending prayers and love during this most difficult time. So sorry for the passing of your dad, grandpa and father-in -law. May He rest peacefully in God’s paradise and may all of you find comfort. Diana Rowley family
My memory of David is simple but sincere. Joseph was just born. He was finished eating and he was asleep on my arm and Ben was asleep on my other arm and Dad came and said I have to have a picture of this. I knew then how much he loved his grandchildren. Another was a Christmas when Anne was given some makeup and he sat patiently as she made up his face. He never found a dessert he didn't love. Written for Jennifer Peck
There are so many stories to share about my father..from the infamous Browns game were he refused to leave after a dislocated finger...to when he painted his face in the mirror and forgot it was backwards in mirror so no one could read what he wrote...as well as the many Florida stories and his fish expeditions. But a story that is all my own is driving around in the big Chevy Stockdale simpling singing. Those who know me I love music and learning the words to numerous Elvis songs, Simon and Garfunkel, an many more are my stories and stories I will never forget. Not to long ago I took my youngest son on a ride to sign up for his senior classes and I played The Boxer for him and told him stories of sharing that song with my dad.
