David Paul Mixon, 64, passed away on April 3, 2025, in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Born on July 24, 1960, in Cordell, Oklahoma, David lived a life marked by hard work and deep family connections.

A graduate of Clinton High School, David went on to build a career as a truck driver. His dedication to his work reflected his strong sense of responsibility and perseverance. Over the years, he traveled countless miles across the country, contributing to the industry that keeps America moving.

David was a devoted father to his daughter Krystal Mixon and took great pride in his role as a grandfather "Pa" to Candice, Mason, Payton, and Sophia. His presence will be deeply missed by them and by all who knew him.

He is also remembered by his sisters Christine and Viola, along with many nieces and nephews who were part of his family circle.

David was preceded in death by his parents, Boneta and Tolbert Mixon; his sisters Carol, Barbara, Bonnie, and Katherine; his brothers Eddie and Junior; and all of his grandparents.
