David Marshall Packer, 77, passed away on May, 17, 2020 at Rush Oak Park Hospital. Born in New Kent, VA, he was the son of late, Howard and Lillian Packer. Spent his childhood in Milesburg, PA before moving to Chicago. David was a successful business owner of Marshall Realty as a real estate broker for over 40 years on the westside of Chicago.
