Dave I still cannot believe you passed. It seems like yesterday you and lorry where playing guitar and singing. I hope you are rocking the gates together. Miss you both.❤️
So sorry to learn of the passing of my cousin David. I had not seen him for 10 years but did keep in touch on FB. Many happy memories of family visits to Amsterdam and here in Johnson City. May he rest in Eternal Peace.
Mara and family, I am so truly sorry for your loss. Your father was a great man. Who had many talents and loved his family endlessly.. I always enjoyed listening to Dad and your mom sing and play guitar. Forever in my heart . Love to all, Mary
In February of 1988, David Ochal was severely burned in a high-voltage electrical accident while working at a television station. He was not expected to survive, much less walk or talk ever again; yet his strong, resilient spirit defied the normal limits of natural physics and he went on to live his dream of bringing the joy of music, humor and inspiration to others.
While we appreciate Everloved.com for offering to customize a charity suggestion, ultimately the website interface didn't post it, so if you wish to give to The Phoenix Society we suggest you do so directly through their website.
Founded in 1977, the Phoenix Society for Burn Survivors is the leading national nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering anyone affected by a burn injury. The name comes from the legendary bird that lives 500 years and is consumed by flame, but rises again—reborn from its ashes—more brilliant than it was before.
