I am just finding out you passed away David. Even though we had not spoken over a year I often thought about you and how you were doing. I know you wanted to go back home to Maryland but you are now in a way better home where you will no longer be in pain. I reached out to your daughter on Messenger so since she did not know me I really donβt expect to her from her. I am glad you got to meet your son even though you only knew him for a short time. I knew how much you loved making music. I must admit I do miss our video chat about life and how we had our different views on things. I pray and hoped that before you took your final journey home that you had accepted Christ into your life. RIH David!

I'm so sorry that I didn't get to say goodbye, David. You left so suddenly. Last time we spoke, you were in good spirits and making progress with your rehabilitation goals. Your crossing comes as quite a shock.
So sorry that circumstances didn't permit me to travel out there to be with you, but, if you recall, I offered to take care of you here at my place, if you were interested in that option.Β
I know how proud you were of our son, David Alexander. In many ways, he reminds me of you....especially in his lifelong love of music & his passion for the guitar -- same as you. And his wry sense of humor.Β
In my heart always,Β

P.s.: "David" means "Beloved." And so you will remain.Β
