David (Dave) Alan Minshall, 71, of Marlow Oklahoma passed away on January 27th, 2022, unexpectedly in his sleep. Dave was born Wednesday, November 22, 1950, in Renton, WA to Ben and Arlene (Johnson) Minshall. After Dave graduated from Kent Meridian, he went on to study at Green River Community College. After graduating in 1972 he went on to work in Marketing for the Pharmaceutical Industry.

Dave married Kay Lou Fowler in Lawton in 2011 and they celebrated 11 years of marriage at the time of his passing. He enjoyed golfing, bowling, fishing, playing darts and baseball. Dave embraced life; he was a hardworking man who enjoyed tinkering with cars and working on the farm in his spare time. He could often be found enjoying a quiet evening with his feet up sipping a glass of blush wine over ice.

Dave loved his family and cherished any time spent with them. He would listen without judgement, always shared how much he loved them and was so very proud. He had a knack of making someone feel special and his smile would light up the room. Survivors include his wife Kay, sons David John Minshall and Scott Alan Minshall, stepsons James Wright and Jason Wright, daughters Kristina Younker and Janna Gunter, 12 grandchildren, 6 great grandchildren, and sister Linda Sponberg. He was preceded in death by his parents and brother.

A celebration of life will be held on March 5th in Parker, Colorado.
