David Wayne Mills, Jr AKA Casper passed away suddenly May 10, 2021. He was born July 23,1987. He was preceded in death by his father David Mills,Sr. He is survived by his mother Michelle Nottingham Mills, brothers Josh,Caleb,Anthony and Ryan Mills, and several other cousins and family members. David was a talented artist, skateboarder, dirt bike rider and music lover. He will be dearly missed.
