David Michael Hayes, 67, of Hendersonville, Tennessee, passed on April 19, 2021. Born July 5, 1953, David filled many roles throughout his life, including: son, brother, father, husband, and nurse. Affectionately called "Bubba" by his sisters and "Uncle Bubba" by his many nieces and nephews, he was kind hearted, loving, and funny.

Preceded in death by his grandparents, Edith and Ezra Wilcox; father, Herman Hayes; mother and stepfather, Barbara and Russell Hopkins; and loving wife, Ramona Ann "Penny" Hayes.

He is survived by his son, Bradley Hayes, and daughter, Buffy (Brian) Nevil; sisters: Deborah Hayes Wallace, Donna (Mark) Moulder, and Diane (Pete) Lopata; grandchildren: Skyla How, Seanna and Syrra Hayes, Paige, Bryce, and Braden Nevil, and Phoenix, Finlee, and Marlee Youngblood; one great grandchild; and multiple nieces and nephew.

He and his wife will be cremated, and their ashes spread around various points of the world. He is deeply loved and his presence will be greatly missed!
