David's obituary
David Lewis Butler, 63, of Walla Walla, WA, passed away in Bonney Lake, WA where he lived with his son-in-law, Birt Beltzer, and grandchildren, Zoe, Joyce, and Adonis. He loved being a Grandpa to his grandchildren; his favorite pastimes were fishing, working on cars, playing video poker, and joking around with people.
He is survived by his daughters, Shelby Butler and Sarah (Matt) McNurlin, and his sister Debey Dawes (Terry), his nephews Daniel Glessner, Travess (Kayla) Glessner, Adam (April) Glessner, and Ryan (Danika) Dawes, and many great-nieces and nephews.
David was born and raised in Walla Walla, WA, attended Walla Walla High School, and moved to Spokane, WA, in 1989, where he raised his family. He eventually made his way to Bonney Lake, WA, to follow his daughter, Shelby.
David was preceded in death by his parents, John “Jack” and Joyce Butler; his brother, John Butler; his son, Adam Dalve; his ex-wife, Lisa Fife; and his adored dog, Zeek.
